Yoga I
Gentle and Yoga I classes which are now combined into an All Levels Yoga class is now a hybrid class, with some students on Zoom and some in the studio in person.
- Mondays from 5:45 pm to 7 pm
- We follow the Montgomery County School schedule for closing for inclement weather
