All Levels Yoga
All Levels Yoga is for beginning and continuing yoga students. It has a focus on alignment, breathwork, building strength, endurance, range of motion, posture, balance and an inner focus.
- Mondays from 5:45 pm to 7 pm
- We follow the Montgomery County School schedule for closing for inclement weather
Pricing:
- 10 class pass, to be used within 6 months: $160 ($16 per class)
- 5 class pass, to be used within 3 months: $85 ($17 per class)
- Drop in, per class: $20
- Payable by cash, check, or Paypal
