Still Water Remote Morning Meditation and Evening Practice

Mindfulness is our capacity to be fully present in our own lives, to be more fully aware of what we are doing as we are doing it. As we develop our awareness, an inner stillness naturally grows. We are better able to embrace the world, better able to respond wisely and lovingly.

Morning Meditation:

Forty minutes of sitting and walking meditation followed by a half-hour of mindfulness reading and Dharma sharing begin our days. Seasoned and new practitioners are encouraged and welcome.

Evening Practice:

Fifty minutes of sitting and walking meditation. Welcoming, a mindfulness reading or offering, and a Dharma sharing reflecting on our practice and our lives follow. Sharing continues until 9:00 pm and our closing bell. New and seasoned practitioners are encouraged and welcome.
