Selena Reames is a nationally and locally certified and licensed massage therapist. She completed her initial training at the Potomac Massage Training Institute in 2000. As well as practicing Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage she has also gone on to study Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute, Neuromuscular Therapy with Judith Delaney, Active Isolated Stretching, and Orthopedic Massage with Ben Benjamin. Selena is also an instructor at the Potomac Massage Training Institute. Selena's unique ability to customize sessions and integrate different modalities works to facilitate the client's own healing responses and helps to restore and maintain optimal functioning. Selena also provides chair massage at offices and events.
