Organically Grown Kids My Yoga
My Yoga class is a great way to discover the joy and fun of yoga. This amazing program teaches a variety of postures, positions, kriyas through games, stories, music, meditation and relaxation, using equipment like balloons, hoops, noodles and more. Participants develop focus, balance, coordination, as well as learning how to work together, laugh together and relax together. A 45 minute class all will enjoy.
Thursday Class (Mommy and Me Yoga for Ages 3-6):
