Katheryn began her study in 1975 and started teaching in 1987. She has has taught T'ai Chi Chuan at George Washington University, Department of Labor, Department of Energy, Arlington Recreation Department, dance studios in Washington, D.C. and at the Aspen Hill Club.

Katheryn completed her certification in massage therapy from PMTI in 1991. She has had continuing education in connective tissue, Thai massage, pre natal, hot stone, Feldenkrais and shiatsu. She is currently taking classes in craniosacral. Her sessions consist of a blend off Swedish and deep tissue incorporating a variety of her other trainings into the session as appropriate.
