| Steve Seater |
Steve practices holistic functional nutrition which is designed to help people achieve optimal health. Functional nutrition treats each person as biochemically unique. It casts aside the notion that one size fits all and customizes diets and exercise to fit each individual. Metabolic typing is one tool used to discover a person's metabolic type and the diet best suited to him or her.
Above all, functional nutrition is client centered and considers the dynamic balance of internal and external factors and recognizes that the human body functions as a network of interconnected systems. The importance of exercise is also emphasized with each client, and a program best suited to that individual is prescribed.
