Jin Shin Jyutsu

Jin Shin Jyutsu is an eastern Art form practiced to help facilitate the body's own healing ability in releasing stress and disharmony. Jin Shin Jyutsu uses the application of the practitioner's hands on selected points on a body - including instruction on self-help techniques. Embodied in its philosophy, this eastern practice teaches that we are endowed with the ability to help ourselves - to 'Now Know Myself' (Jin Shin Jyutsu, Inc.).
